CHAIRMAN'S MESSAGE

Ortadoğu Energy, a company which has been one of the leaders in taking important and first steps of new energy projects in Turkey since 2007, is entering into a more dynamic and innovative period. Aligned with a new vision, our company, with its young and professional team, is showing determination to optimize its current investments and accomplish new objectives.

We have started to derive the benefits of our investments with the aim of diversifying our current portfolio. While our energy investments which started with building the largest Landfill Waste to Electricity Power Plant in Europe continues with the existing operational and upcoming Landfill Waste to Electricity Power Plants, our program in Renewable Energy is rapidly progressing with Wind and Geothermal Power Plant investments.

Furthermore, we are making additional investments in order to increase the efficiency of our existing operational facilities, created with the understanding of a sustainable world and clean energy production. The ORC (Organic Rankine Cycle) and the wholly in-house development by our company of the Siloxane Filtration System investments, are about to be finalized.

We are targeting to reach the level of success we had in our production activities also in our trading business. In this respect, while we are expanding our national trade portfolio of Electricity Supply and Carbon Credits to international markets, we have taken major steps in trading Natural Gas.

In all of the sectors we enter, we will continue making best efforts to successfully generate value for our world.
